Products Our lights are selected in France and made by partner workshops. We do not run a warehouse: every piece ships directly from the workshop that makes it. Natural materials (travertine, silk, rattan, bamboo) show variations in colour and texture that are part of the product.

Prices Prices are in euros and are final prices. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code. Shipping costs are shown before payment: free from €80, €7.99 below.

Orders Every confirmed and paid order is acknowledged by email.

Delivery Allow 7 to 20 business days between order and delivery, to all 27 EU countries. A tracking number is sent at dispatch. See our shipping policy.

Withdrawal and returns You have 30 days from receipt to change your mind, no reason required. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective, damaged or not as ordered. See our return and refund policy.

Guarantees The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies.
