SHIPPING POLICY
We do not run a warehouse. Every light ships directly from the partner workshop that makes it. That journey explains our delivery times, and we prefer to state them plainly.
WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver to all 27 countries of the European Union. For any other destination, please write to us before ordering.
DELIVERY TIMES
Allow 7 to 20 business days between your order and delivery, across the whole catalogue and all destinations. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel ships.
At busy times, if delivery is going to take longer, we tell you by email — beforehand, never afterwards. You can then cancel and be refunded in full.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Free shipping on orders over €80.
- €7.99 below €80.
The exact amount is shown before payment.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
For deliveries within the EU, the displayed price is the final price: nothing is charged on delivery. If a carrier ever presents you with a bill, send it to us and we will pay it.
PACKAGING
Reinforced packaging, with double protection for stone and glass. If a piece arrives damaged, we replace or refund it, your choice.
LOST OR LATE PARCEL
If your parcel has not arrived 20 business days after your order, write to contact@atelierfancylight.com: we open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, we resend or refund.
