Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to change your mind, with no reason required and no penalty. That is twice the 14-day minimum set by EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Write to contact@atelierfancylight.com within 30 days of receipt, quoting your order number.
- We reply within 24 working hours with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back within 14 days of your request.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM
The item must come back complete (accessories and instructions included), in a resaleable condition, ideally in its original packaging. You may unpack and try it as you would in a shop. If the item has been damaged by handling beyond what is needed to try it, a reduction in value may be deducted from the refund, as permitted by law.
RETURN COSTS
Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival or not as ordered — in which case we cover all costs. We recommend a tracked service.
REFUNDS
We refund no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item, to the payment method used for the order. The refund includes the item price and the original standard delivery cost.
ARRIVED DAMAGED
If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and its packaging with your order number to contact@atelierfancylight.com. We send a new piece or refund you, your choice, without asking you to return the broken item at your expense. You also benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
